Overview
Jayalgarh is approximately 90 kms from Rishikesh near Devprayag, away from any tourist destinations or place of pilgrimage. Pitched up on the bank of the gushing River Alaknanda, this campsite would be a wonderful retreat for the entire family, a group of friends or just for you.
Get An EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF Rs. 500/- per head if booked 65 days before the departure date, for booking in Non Ac train only.
Activities: White Water Rafting, Kayaking, Slithering, Rappelling, Bonfire and games like Cricket, Volleyball, Swimming, etc.
Accommodation: The camp provides comfortable accommodation in luxurious tents equipped with cots, mattresses & quilts. Each tent has a separate wash-room. Last night could be in hotel or dormitory.
Please Carry: Four pair of clothes, shorts or comfortable fit track pants (for rafting), sweater / jacket, bath towel, sunscreen lotion, cap, sunglasses, string for spectacles, torch (with extra batteries), socks, sports shoes, floaters / sandals, water bag with strap and sanitary requisites, etc. Sleeping material and plates will be provided at the campsite. Please carry sleeping material for the journey.
All the Items: mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments, cell phone and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.
Cheques or DD should be in favour of Sun Adventures. payable at Bhavnagar only.
Certificate: A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide all the rules in all the camps.
Food: Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food would be served. Jain food will be available on prior request at campsite and at hotels in eco-tours but same cannot be guaranteed during the journey. Drinking water during the journey needs to be managed by the participants.
Essential Medical Facilities in the form of first aid would be available at the campsite/hotel. All emergencies would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility.
Please Note that the participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the programme. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or any damage to the participants’ luggage.
Please Submit a Photocopy of the Photo ID proof at the time of registration and the same original Photo ID proof, seven days before the departure. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of Photo ID.
Disclaimer: While all care will be taken for safety of the participants, Sun Adventures, or any individual connected to it would not be held responsible for any accident or any unforeseen incident. Participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the camp/tour. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft or any damage. Doctor’s certificate would be required if the participant is undergoing any medical treatment, is over-weight or above 60 years.
Sun Adventures Reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant during the camp/eco-tour in event of unreasonable behavior at any time.
