Gir Forest

Activities: Nature trails, bird watching, tree identification, Devalia Safari, Dhamal Dance, Maldhari-Nes Visit, Group games, and Campfire.

Camp Accommodation: Six participants will share one alpine tent, separate for Girls and Boys. There are separate toilets & bathrooms blocks at the Camp-site.

Please Carry: Three pairs of casual clothes, Sweater / Jacket, bath towel, sports shoes, cotton socks, slippers/floaters, water bag, torch, cap, day pack, sanitary requisites, pocket diary & pen. Sleeping Material will be provided at the Campsite.

All The Items: mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.

Cell Phones are allowed during traveling and only inside the tent at the Campsite. Mobile photography is strictly prohibited.

Registration: Please fill up the registration form and pay the full amount.

Cheques or DD should be in favor of SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS ., payable at Bhavnagar only.

Certificate: A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide by all the camp rules

Food: Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food will be served. Jain food will be available on prior request at the campsite.

Medical Facilities: Essential Medical Facilities in the form of first aid would be available at the campsite. All emergencies would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility.

Traveling: Would be in 3×2 Non Ac Luxury Bus. Or the vehicle will be arranged according to the group strength.

Disclaimer: While all care will be taken for the safety of the participants, SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS, or any individual connected to it would not be held responsible for any accident or any unforeseen incident. Participants will have to look after their luggage throughout the journey as well as during the camp/tour. Doctor’s certificate would be required if the participant is undergoing any medical treatment, is over-weight or above 60 years.

SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS. reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant during the camp/eco-tour in event of unreasonable behavior at any time.

• The balance payment is to be paid at least 25 days before the departure of the batch. If the balance payment is not made on time, it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regards.
• Camp may be cancelled if there is not enough strength, actual amount paid by the participant towards the camp will be refunded. No other claims will be entertained.
• No refund shall be given if the participant terminates the camp at any point due to any reason.
• SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a participant on camp in event of unreasonable behavior at any time and no refund will be given in this regard.
• The amount paid once is not transferable to any other programme or to any other person.
• Jain food may be served on specific request, subject to availability.
• In case the camp duration is extended due to unforeseen circumstances, each participant will have to pay Rs.400/- per head, per day to the group leader.
• It shall be the participant’s responsibility to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time.
• The organisers or any individual connected with the camp shall not be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen natural calamity.
• In any case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to admit to the hospital or sent back by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be entirely borne by the parents and the expense has to be deposited at the office immediately.
• Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
• We are not bound to provide name, address or any other personal details of other participants.
• The organisers shall not be held responsible for loss/theft of the participant’s luggage and belongings.
• SUN ADVENTURES & OUTDOORS reserves the right to use the participant’s name, information and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
